That is something I have done SO many times! =) It sounds like you were just pushing yourself too hard too soon. Next time it might help if instead of doing that many right away, try gradually working up to it over the length of a week or so. Hope that helps! =)

I try to workout (walking 4.0 MPH) at least 45 minutes every day, and jogging about 10-15 minutes every day, and I also do both Modern and Tap dance styles for 45 minutes 2-3 times a week. I do crunches and pushups and wall sits when i feel like it, =)
