Disregarding what I say like it’s not important.

I'm from West Virginia. Feel free to add me too. I'm originally from Fayette and Greenbrier County. Montani semper liberi.

I have read a lot about this, and am giving it a try. It's only been a couple of days, so, this plus low carb will hopefully get me headed in the right direction. I'm doing more of a 24 hour fast, but it isn't really bothering me. I get so caught up in my kids and housework, it is time to eat before I know it. Hunger…

In my family, it is primarily my husband who does not understand my food choices. He has the sweet tooth of a kid, and can down a box of cakes, or a dozen cookies. It does not seem to affect him at all. But if we go out and the kids want ice cream, and he wants ice cream, and I say sure, but don't get any myself, he makes…

I want to lose so I am healthier and have more energy. I don't feel comfortable with how I look any more, and I want to be able to play with my kids, and do the things I used to do before being chunky became a problem. I want to wear the cute tops, and the jeans, and look good doing it, for my own self image...lol.

112 ounces, more or less. On the days I drink less, I notice I seem to gain in water weight. If I drink more, I weigh less. I'm not sure how much more, but I can tell by the tightness of my rings.

My friends daughter is grossly overweight. Not my words, but her doctors. When she was 8 she was wearing a petite womans 2x clothes because normal kid clothes didn't fit her. Now she is 12 and is wearing a 2x still. She has diabetes, and the Doctor said that she is developing heart problems and high cholesterol because of…

Ok...this is the one that got me. I agree with some of the posters about the whole PPD, and just because she is happy with the baby doesn't mean she is not depressed. When I quit my job to stay home...it was hard. I missed adult interaction, and I knew NO one in this area. Yes, my husband helps me, but I do not nag or ask…

I am now feeling extremely blessed to have my husband. He leaves for work at 6 in the morning, and works at a very physically demanding job all day. He comes in at 5 or later in the evening. During his workday, my day at home goes roughly something like this 445 am wake up, start coffee for husband 5 am pack husbands lunch…

http://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2013/12/20/intermittent-fasting-weight-loss.aspx This post actually just got me interested enough to check it out. I am curious enough I think I may give it a try and see if it helps the next time I plateau for forever.

I can tell you that when I went back to work with all of my babies, it affected their relationship with me. But it was a temporary thing. Babies have feelings and emotions. A lot of the time I would pick them up and hear how great they were all day, but they would fight and be cranky all evening. My pediatrician said that…

I always knew that I wanted babies, maybe not quite as many as I ended up with, but I honestly can't imagine life without any of them. Well, ok...maybe on those days when they have discovered the permanent markers, strewn clean laundry throughout the house after I folded and put it away, and fought like cats and dogs all…

looks determined.

To clarify...the reason I am seeking this recipe is that my doctor has placed me on a low cholesterol diet, and egg yolks are on the forbidden list. However..for Easter, the family wants deviled eggs, and they are one of my favorites also. I was just trying to find a healthier way of doing them. I do believe hummus sounds…

Amazing!!!! You can really see a difference in you...and kids are such an inspiration also. My little girls love to work out with me on Ripped in 30. And to be honest there are some days when I make myself push it a little harder just because they are watching.

I think it is extremely important. It brings you closer together, especially if you don't have much time together. I love cuddling my hubby, and waking up with him in the mornings. Weekends are hard for me, because he sleeps on the sofa where his little girl has decided she wants to sleep for some reason when she is here…

Each person is different with the way side effects hit them. I took Cymbalta for a day a few years ago. I kid you not, I mean for a day. It messed with my equilibrium so badly that I couldn't walk across a room without falling. I've never felt that bad in my life. The best I have ever had was Pristiq. It's side effects…

I have taken Ripped fuel before. I did lose, but I know it was more the fact that I was eating next to nothing, and constantly on the go. I DO NOT recommend them. I took them because I worked night shift, and needed the energy they provided, plus I was lifting weights at the time also, and it helped with that, supposedly.…

I eat it on celery and apples....but I don't use the full serving. I smear it on until you can just get the taste and it curbs my craving for it. It ends up being like a half serving or less. LOVE IT.

I just started using GNC Lean 25 protein shake meal replacement. I don't know if it will help me lose weight, but I do know I feel full for a long time after drinking one. I didn't get them to use all of the time, just kind of a once in a while thing.

For some women (and men), it quite possibly is a load of BS, However, if it is a mature person instead of someone looking for eye candy and a good time in bed, conversation is a definite plus. As is personality. I'm pretty sure when I am 80, wrinkled and saggy no one will be looking at me and thinking, "Hey, what a…

I don't do separate meals for my children. I never have, and I never will. I am not running a restaurant. However, I will say that when I prepare a meal, I make sure that I have something included with every one of the them that my kids will definitely eat. And when my toddler, preschooler and I are home during the day, my…

I had dated someone who was over weight, and I have also dated men who were not. My preference was the man who could carry on a conversation, was caring and genuine, and not stuck on himself, regardless of his body type. You know, the kind who builds you up and is encouraging and loving. Lucky me...I found it. <3

I have 50+ lbs to lose also...and am working hard at it. Feel free to add me, and I will do my best to cheer you on too!

Hey, I'm a little older at almost 38, but I have 50+ to lose also. I'd be glad to try to help...and I have to say the support I have gotten from a lot of people on here has been phenomenal. So...I sent you a friend request. :)
