My little running buddy. My Nephew. He can run a 5K without stopping. he is such a trooper.

    Amazing!!!! You can really see a difference in you...and kids are such an inspiration also. My little girls love to work out with me on Ripped in 30. And to be honest there are some days when I make myself push it a little harder just because they are watching. :happy: :happy:

    He plays football and also runs track so it should be fun.

    I ran 3.1miles before my nephew got to the park yesterday and I ran another 3.1 with him. I had to keep going not wanting to fail for him and he pushed hard because he doesn't want to let me down. we are a great team. I kept asking him if he was tired or wanted to walk for a bit, he kept going and going. I love him so much.
