I am changing my guess from 300 to 500... still feel like I need to err on the lower side... . IT ALL DEPENDS on the instructor AND the intensity level of each…
  • I know.... when I walk/jog I don't burn that much either... BUT I know when I leave Zumba.. I leave soaked... I am curious how accurate too though.. I've only been logging 300 per 45 minutes. THE class that I go to is very high intensity.. and alot of people say it burns much more than I was guessing. And then I found the…
  • I've never thought about this but you are right! LOL>>>I have to think so much about my next move, there is no looking at time or distance, etc.
  • Most of my exercise (cardio) since starting with MFP has been Zumba. It's a fun way to burn calories and how much you burn depends on the intensity of the class.. all instructors are different. I do 2-5 classes a week. I also walk/jog 1-2 times a week and do dumbells 2-3 times a week. BUT I LOVE Zumba!

I'd like to try to make one today with frozen bananas, fresh strawberries, ice, and almond milk..... but not sure how to measure the ingedients....so I…
  • wow! GREAT job! it takes alot of commitment to stick with it that long! You look beautiful before and after, but the "after" pic shows your confidence, happiness, and I bet you feel great!

  • My comfort is dairy and chocolate. (milk, icecream, cheese, and anything chocolate) Today going to buy unsweetened almond milk (for my special k cereal), giving up icecream and cheese completely for a week and limiting chocolate to only protein bars. Great challenge!! xoxo

My feet were going numb on the elliptical and could barely make 5 minutes. After reading all this information and realizing I wasn't going to face amputation of feet or worse... a…
