I also had knee pain, but it didn't start until I was on level 2. I made a few adjustments. I increased my warm up time, started wearing a knee brace, and stopped wearing shoes. It definitely helped!

I am happy to say that making a few changes has corrected the knee issue! I have started using a knee brace, extending the warm up (including the knee circles from level 1,) and modifying some of the excercises that were high impact, thus hurting my knee. Like I said before, I like the results I am seeing and really wanted…

Thanks. I'll pay attention to this next time!

Thanks everyone! I am pretty happy with the results I've gotten thus far, so I don't want to quit. From everyone's suggestions, I think I'll do a few things: Try different shoes Add to the warm up, including the knee circles from level one Alternate Levels each day Try some knee braces Take it easy on some of the exercises…

I agree. I think I've done okay so far with eating healthy. I just have a hard time making myself eat breakfast. I thought the shakeology would be a good breakfast with all of the nutrients, etc. I've heard so many people say they can't live without it. I just don't see that happening for me. Hey, at least I tried it.

No. I'll have to look into that. Thanks!

Thanks! I think the sodium is part of the issue. I have looked at my sodium intake since I started and some days it's ok... but most of the time it is over. I need to stop adding salt when I cook, and let my family add their own salt if they need to, but I won't. I have noticed that the bulk of my sodium is coming from…

Thanks! Maybe that's it. I lost 9 lbs in about 2 weeks, and nothing since.

I agree! I am 37, and just had my annual physical in February. I knew I had gained weight, but it slapped me in my face when my doctor pointed out that I've gained 17 lbs over the last year. I decided to take control now, lose the weight I've gained and manage my weight from here on out! It is not easy! I've been counting…

Great job! You're doing awesome - don't give up! I'm in the same boat - lost 7 pounds. I'm happy, but it is a lot of work! Keep it up and I will too!

Congratulations! That is amazing!

Wow! Thanks to everyone for all the great suggestions! I have complied a list of things to get on my next trip to the grocery store. Thanks again for all the feedback. I am sure it will help!

Wow! Thanks for all the great feedback. I never eat breakfast (I know...bad me.) so I thought I could do something like shakeology for breakfast. It is pretty expensive, so I am going to have to think about it before I make the investment. I think I'm going to try the samples and take it from there.

I have one. Yes, it does! I purchased iced tea k-cups and tried it. It is ok...tastes more like instant tea. But, that is just the brand I bought. Others may be better!
