I went Keto for 2 months and lost almost 15#. Then I started falling off the wagon, and have had a hard time starting back up. I use a scoop of Nutella in it... makes it chocolatey and adds a bit of protein along with sweet.

Burpees, push ups, rows, and jogging. I'd recommend anything full body work out. Hard telling what you'll do, but if you can run, jump, squat and pull yourself up things like cargo nets, ropes, etc, you should be doing good.
