  • Never give up! 4 lbs. is a good and besides you should lose slow 1 or 2 lbs a week so you are on the right track.

  • make sure you take your measurments, lots of times you lose inche instead of weight especially after you have been on it a while, also cut your plate in half (imagine) and then 1/2 of the plate cut in half again use the half plate side for veggies and the other 2 sections for protein and carb.(corn, bread, pasta,etc.)…
  • I find the more I try to put off not eating A easter egg the more I eat everything else, which equal more cals. than if I would of ate the easter egg. In other word have the egg, limit the quantity, take an extra walk for the day. Enjoy your self if you don't you'll just be miserable. Enjoy your chocolate!
  • frozen haddock sliced lemmon paperika Put frozen haddock in a microwave safe dish. put paperika and lemon slices on top. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 8 min. Enjoy! I use the iclandic haddock or cod.
