Hi,
I've had diabetes for 35 years, and I know how difficult it can be. Feel free to add me to your friends list, and to contact me when you get frustrated.

You have to be strong and stay focused. I know what you mean my boyfriend means well when he brings me chocolate and buys me ice cream. He says " You need to take a break sometime, splurge a little bit". I have been going onto pinterest to read the motivational messages about exercise and learn new exercise moves. It has given me a new drive. Hope it keeps me going! Keep trying, I'm rooting for you!0
