Justygirl77, I am bicycling at 14-20mph moderate hills. I get the acid whenever i get out of breath. But besides the acid, I don't feel like I am overdoing, i.e. I feel like I could go a little harder even without collapsing. :)

Honestly, do what works for you, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Do what Franc127 says. Myfitnesspal isn't about EVERY SINGLE CALORIE. That would drive anyone crazy. It is about maintaining a healthy eating and exercise lifestyle.

Are you sure that you don't have the protein and fat macros reversed? Mine are Carbs 50% Fat 30% Protein 20% I am sure you can find research and explanations almost anywhere.
