You find someone you want to be friends with, go to their profile, there is nothing there to add them. I can ignore them, but... Find friends is just a marketing tool to sign up new people... What am I missing, am I just stupid?

When I exercise I taste acid

My knees hurt!
Hey there. I now weigh 254. My knees hurt as much as when I weighed 350. I don't do any hard impact exercise on them that I can think of, although I am on my feet a good portion of the day. Most of my exercise is biking, with a little walk every now and again. Any ideas on what is causing the pain? Anyone else have this?

Does running destroy your knees?
I am thinking about switching up my exercises. It seems silly but I got it in my head that running will destroy my knees. My friend says that being fat destroys them, not running. I weigh 256 lbs. (116 kg. or 18 stone 4 lbs.)

Pouring oil off peanut butter
Can someone help me find a nutrition table for natural peanut butter with the oil drained? I know, I know, it's a good fat, the texture will be awful, doesn't reduce the fat by that much, I know all that... :) But I actually like the taste and texture. Thanks!

Activity level setting
I am set at sedentary, which gives me 1860 calories. I am doing fine with that. But I really think that I am active, as I work in a warehouse and am on my feet for eight hours. But I'm kind of scared to set it that way because it moves the calorie goal to over 2600 calories!

Overly supportive family members...
Does anyone have a family member that worries about you so much that they start to get on your nerves? I had one week where I lost only a quarter of a pound instead of my usual one to three. you would have thought that I had gained all of it back to hear my mom talk. Any stories like this or advice on how to handle it?
