Has anyone tried this new weight loss product?

Hi there. I've been looking for something that would make me lose weight and make me healthier. I have tried all kinds of pills and supplements in my life, none of them worked, and some of them were unhealthy.

So I did some more research, and I began to see more and more people advocating a product called "exercise." Supposedly it's free and anyone can do it. People say it only requires up to an hour or so of your time, and maybe a pair of tennis shoes. It comes in many, many forms so I can never get bored of it. They say it will make me live longer, lower my resting heart rate, strengthen and tone my muscles, make my heart more efficient, lower my body fat percentage, fight an impressive list of diseases, give me more energy, and make me sleep better.

I don't know, this all sounds too good to be true... What do you think, am I falling for another scam?

    - its a scam - you can lose weight without it.

There are even some people so hooked on it they are on the hard stuff - lifting great big weights up and down. Can't be good for you.

If I don't get double my order and a free squeegee for a low price in 3 easy payments, it's not legit.
