I'm in again. My husband is supposed to help me stick to the diet this month so I'm hoping that will help me stay on the right track. Goal weight for august 1 is 192 Starting weight is 198. My birthday is august 4th, so I really want to meet this goal before then!

blahhh i'm so terrible!! ok. My weight for May 15 was 199 :( I gained. and it makes me feel terrible!! But I'm back on the wagon today. so here's hoping that this week turns out better than the past few. :(

Finished up March with a final weight of 201.0 I'll take it! I'm only 2lbs off from my goal, so I can probably reach it this week. In all honesty, my highest weight was 212, so even though this challenge doesnt reflect it, I lost 11lbs this month! WOo!!!

The last time I did the shred, i learned there was no way i can do it every day! I would love to participate, but I cant do it every day. I like to switch up my workouts. I can do it, but just every other day.

I've decided to try to start drinking more water. Even though I hate having to run to the bathroom so often, i feel like the results are worth it.

So, last thursday we went to the doctor and my husband had a bit of a scare as they told him he had really high blood pressure and that he needed to start cutting out sodium and eating a lot less.
