bpooooooooooooooooooo I lost no weight this week BUT I have lost a cm on each part that I measure
(thighs/stomach/hips/breast/butt) so although Im disappointed at the lack of weight loss I am happy with the measurements

*feeling slightly frustrated. When I saw the number, i was a little shocked. Two things i took into account were first, i did A LOT of strength exercises this week with my cardio. I know that doesn't account for all the weight gain, but at least a little. Also, it was a very emotional weekend. That being sad, food is my emotional trigger. I will eat constantly when I am feeling any form of stress. Higher amounts of not so healthy food was certainly consumed this weeked. That will certainly account for weight gain. I could feel very upset about this, but when I look in the mirror, I feel skinnier. I don't feel the number reflects what I look like. That is what I am going to go with and certainly keep a positive attitude. If I become defeated, the weight gain is only going to continue. Hopefully next week turns out better!0 -
