    Down a lb--I'm happy with that considering my horrible weekend eating habits. ;)

    I am losing motivation though. I've just been so discouraged lately and this horrible plateau isn't helping. :(

    I'm down 0.3 pounds this week. It's getting frustrating that the scale is moving such tiny amounts for me per week... but at least it's going down little by little. The 30 minutes of cardio a day was a great challenge, and I'm looking forward to the one this week with the ab excercises!

    Congrats to everyone on their losses, I see that some of you accomplished a lot this week! Good work!
