Finished up March with a final weight of 201.0
I'll take it! I'm only 2lbs off from my goal, so I can probably reach it this week. In all honesty, my highest weight was 212, so even though this challenge doesnt reflect it, I lost 11lbs this month! WOo!!!0 -

Starting Weight on 03/01/2011: 175.6 lbs
Goal Weight for 04/01/2011: 169.5 lbs.
Finishing weight on 03/31/2011: 167.2 lbs
On Sunday, I weighed 168.6 lbs. but I cheated later and looked again yesterday because truthfully I think it's better to check myself on Mondays for a more accurate account of my weight loss... and guess what?! I weighed 167.2!!!!
I just want to say thanks to all of you for your support through this month. I was hesitant to do the challenge because I didn't really believe that I could make it happen. But I did...and I am soooo thankful that I've had all of you to look up to through this process!0 -
My final weigh is 170!!!0

My final weigh in for the month was 142.5. I missed my goal but I'm not going to beat myself up over it considering I missed a whole week of workouts due to illness. I'm going to move forward to April and kick some butt!0

So frustrating despite shedding 1186 calories yesterday just failed to lose the measly 0.2 lbs to achieve my target. If I had known would have got up in the middle of the night and run up and down the stairs for 20 minutes? Ha-Ha Bah Humbug0 -
