Sunday's are not a good weigh in day for me, so if it is OK with you all I will declare my weight as of Saturday morning, because this Saturday I was only 182.8 which would have been a 1.4 lb loss instead of a 1.4 lbs gain. My wonderful wife's Bacon Cheese and Onion Sat lunchtime and her Beef Brocolli and Spicy Chicken & Cashew meal Saturday night, plus no dancing for a week, just doesn't give me a chance? I am so bummed I actually gained weight so now I am back up to 238. This is not what I want to happen and it is playing havoc with my confidence. Hopefully I can bounce back this week and keep up the heavy workout. Today was a great start and was able to reintroduce an exercise that uses the legs and knees. Doing my best no to get discouraged.
I know how discouraging a bad week can be. Just keep with it and think of how good it will feel when you have a loss!0 -
