I am going to stick to weighing on a Wednesday otherwise I become too scale obsessed, so my loss for this week is added below to the May 22nd Line:

I just wanted to add that I started eating BACK all of my exercise calories 2 weeks ago - which seems to be getting me the results.
Plus, this week I started a Turbo Jam / ChaLean Extreme Hybrid exercise schedule (which I created it myself....) - so, it looks like lifting heavy weights has helped this week as well...0 -

I am not sure y scales are working properly, they seem to have me all over the place :S, but they are the scales i have been using since the start of the month so i will continue to use them till the end (also i dont have money till next week to buy new ones - lol)

So close to the 130's! Had a bad couple of days and got back on tract yesterday. Have lots of yard work to do today. Giving my nephew and his fiance an engagement party on Friday nite. Getting the yard together, looking good but still more planting and mulching to be done, so I will have to skip my Sunday morning yoga class, but should burn a few calories working in the yard.
Hoping the weather gets warmer so I don't have to have the guests wear ski jackets!! It's usually much nicer than this this time of year in Boston, Just heard on the weather that this has been the most dismal and darkest May ever in Boston.!
