    Hi all,

    Not a good week for workouts but I lost weight.
    Don't think I'll hit my goal this month but I'm already looking forward to next months challenge.

    i put on this week - my first week since trying to lose weight that i put on :S.

    22nd - 158.73 lbs
    29th - 159.17 lbs.

    im not happy with myself.Although i dont think it was so much putting on weight as such, probably just a bit to much fluid.
    In saying that i was hoping to be less - now the critical question is - do i stop between now and august, then start lossing weight again .Or keep going, keeping in mind my wedding dress is zipped back and not lace.

    I'm so sorry that I missed the weigh in on Sunday. I was out of town and completely forgot. My weight was 230.2lbs. A gain :(

    Well Done to everyone! I was back down to 192.6 on Monday :) I will wait for pwople to either weigh in on the 1st or to come weigh in again on the 1st before I post the table :) Please do come weigh in again on the 1st esp if you were so close to your goal.

    Hi Sorry I am late..I didn't have a scale at the cottage so should I just wait until the 1st? This morning I was 151.2..but maybe the official one of the 1st will be better?

    Sorry I didn't weigh in.... I didn't forget, I was just discouraged with my gain after a holiday/ birthday weekend. My weigh in today was 179.5....puts me higher than the start of this challenge. I know it isn't a "true" weight and most of it will come off quickly.

    Sorry I haven't weighed in yet. As of Sunday I was up to 191 which is a 2lbs gain. Ill weigh in weds and use that as my final weigh in. I've been having a rough 2 weeks. The loss of my uncle Sunday resulted in binge eating. And this morning I ate an entire box of the stuffed french toast from ihop :o hoping to find my motivation and get back on track!

    Sorry I haven't weighed in, very hectic weekend and doesn't look like it will get any less hectic so please use last weeks weight as I don't know when i'll gfet the chance to step on the scales again :smile:

    Not hard enough just 0.4 lbs in the last few days? Oh well have to be pleased after the chronic start to the month?

    May 22nd: 184:00 down 1.6 lbbs this week
