    1lb off my target, but I'm still really happy at a half stone loss! :D bring on June, we can all do it!! :) xx

    so upset by that , although i know if i have a good week today i would go back down withi the next day or two.

    I worked hard over the past few days to salvage this month with a little weight loss. I'm looking forward to a good new start in June!

    Final weigh in: 231.4lbs. So much for losing weight this month *hangs head in shame* The June challenge will be MUCH better for me- I promise!

    Hey Crew,

    Great to see all your efforts this month.
    It helped keep me motivated.
    Last month I ddin't lose an once.
    Despite pretty good eating and 3-4 workouts a week.
    This month I lost 2.4 pound!!!
    Next month I'm determined to break the 200 pound mark.
    I already signed on for the June challenge.

    Darn it! didnt make my goal :sad: Although losing 3lbs in in 3 days was a bit ambitious lol, I still lost 11.1lbs this month, so I'm super happy about that. Now on to June's challenge! :drinker:

    WOW - guys we have done great!!!

    We have 47 people still in the challenge!

    Our total pounds to loose as a group from the beginning of the challenge was: 318.6 - we were determined hehe

    But so far we have lost............wait for it.......162.8!!!! We have lost a the weight of a whole body between us!!

    I want to say a massive congrats to Maxylicious who has lost a massive 11.1 pounds in the challenge! So you are our biggest loser!!! well done!!

    Who is going to be our biggest looser next month???

    This challenge is now over - well done to everyone who go to the GW and to any one taking part and tried there hardest - massive pat on the back!!

    Our biggest loser this week was SlimColin loosing 4.8 pounds!! well done!! Im so proud of ya
