Utoh, holiday and the Devon cream tea's well and trully took their toll, wiped out all of my weight loss, so I really need this challenge to do better!

Hope I can join in this month, was in March's challenge but missed April out. Really need to be held accountable, i've been majorly slacking off lately! The scale was saying i'd put on 7lb this morning, I KNOW that that's not right (TOM maybe), here goes...

Guys just to let u know I made this a closed group because I want 100% commitment. I need u to come back and weigh in every week. It helps us get to know each other and if we are struggling - help each other - Dont be embarrased if u have put on or any of that nonsense. Every week weigh ins keep us accountable and togther as a group!! Ur all do ing so well - keep it up! I love seeing the dedication of all of u! I hope u make me as proud this montha s u did last - NO DROP OUTS!!!! come on guys - u can do it!! xxx0
