my school has nothing to offer i told about a person not eating they didnt do ANYTHING and my doctor says nothing about my weight but the lady that checks my weigh just frowns doesnt tell me anything

im overweight i was sucking in as much as i could in that picture i actually need to lose that much to me at 140 pounds according to a bmi chart is where i should be normal weight

i dont drink soda and i never said im not losing weight i just started changing what im eating

i als eat these weight watcher cheeseburgers/ haburgers and apples but usually like 1 or 2 slices of apple so im getting grains, meats, vegies, fruit , dairy

i dont really know same days we have pizza but its like super super super then and think chicken breast chicken nuggests all the same and im wanting to lose 40-50 lbs

14 and no im not starving at all really the key is plain salad with little to no dressing and i mean like drops 1 cup is only 15 cals so i fill up - love glee ( your pic)

but im not actually hungry i eat lots of just plain salad and have these yummy tiny burgers that are 200 cals each i have about a two a day and im kinda fullish not starving

eat excerise calories doesnt that defeat the point of the exercise
