400-600 calories a day maybe even 800 ? every week IM NOT STARVING MYSELF i dont feel hugr i eat sald with like drops of dressing
Ill get a good amount in a day but when i have dinner and its something i really really like its so hard for me to eat anywhere near the serving size

the only excierise they is fun an appeals to me is dancing but then you can really weigh yourself because you gain muscles and i dont want to go through the hassle of getting a tape messure and stuff
