the only excierise they is fun an appeals to me is dancing but then you can really weigh yourself because you gain muscles and i dont want to go through the hassle of getting a tape messure and stuff

    So? Is there a question? That seems like a good thing that you've found a fun workout for you. And I'm assuming that you're not just looking to lose weight, which means you could be losing muscle as well, but you want to be in overall better shape, right? So wouldn't burning calories, through dance, as well as gaining muscle be a good thing. Plus, most cardio will effect muscles as well.

    building muscle is great. and dancing is a great way to do that.
    about the muscle vs. fat and how muscle is heavier. that is true, but you should still weigh yourself. and you dont need to measure, you can guess that you lost the fat when your jeans are too big, or your shirt it to big, or by how your body looks.
