I tend to run on the treadmill 2-3 times a week and hit the trails 2 times a week. If you enjoy running on the treadmill and you are getting the results you want, then keep doing it. For the series, I think the original was the best, but I really had a lot of hope for "Enterprise". It was pretty solid at the start, but then ran off the rails. I'm sure I'll get smacked around for this, but I really like the reboot movies. Sorry.

For me it's about 3.5 pounds depending on all the factors already mentioned. It can be a bit frustrating, but I'm finding that the fluctuations is motivating me even more and I'm paying more attention to how particular foods affect me.
