By that understanding you should also not use computers, radios, cell phones, autos with any type of electronic components in them or anything else that uses electricity including heaters.

This is the first paragraph of one of the "references" that you are talking about at the bottom of your article. "The effects of five domestic cooking methods, including steaming, microwaving, boiling, stir-frying, and stir-frying followed by boiling (stir-frying/boiling), on the nutrients and health-promoting compounds of…

This was in a very popular camping spot in an area where raccoons are everywhere. The only bears in FL are black bears and I have been in the woods a lot over 25 years and have never seen one, although they are supposed to be very small down there. They had don't feed the raccoon signs all over the place because they had…

For one 12 lbs after a pregnancy and miscarriage is not "fat" Your hormones are still effected by the pregnancy and after pregnancy and it can take a while for your body to get back to normal. Not to mention the emotional toll that a miscarriage would have on someone. Add on top of that his insulting you and making you…

Here: Some colleges do make you take classes outside your interest and comfort zone. That's why I mentioned the requirements that the UofU has since I have been looking at them extensively for months now. Like I have any interest in taking ceramics or music classes yuck, and I really have no interest in learning a second…

He's the main guy in the new Bourne movie Bourne Legacy, he was in The Hurt Locker movie that won out against Avatar in the Emmy's that year, and since the Bourne movie isn't out yet the one he is probably most present in is Avengers he is Hawk Eye. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0719637/

In order for her to agree to the adaptation she required a say in everything. She was there for every part of the movie being adapted, even approving the scripts. She actually picked Robert Pattinson because of his audition kiss in bed with Kristen Stewart. She was skeptical of even auditioning him after he was suggested…

There are some pics for instance of people even when they were "hot" that people don't think were hot at all then or now. I certainly have never liked David Bowie or Leo DiCaprio for that matter and Leo is my generations heart throb. Same goes for Justin Timberlake or any of those other band boy lackies. I think RDJ is hot…

Wow!! Just wow!!! I looked at this thread because I was curious to see what some of the people I grew up with watching looked like now, because I don't really look at celebrity news type stories. I haven't posted any pics good or bad and the only comments I have made on any pics are how hot RDJ is. The reason I'm replying…

I think she was talking about enjoying the pics of some of the older guys like RDJ, Sean Connery, Keifer etc. not all of the pics on here are of people who look worse now.

In places out west like here in Utah you aren't supposed to leave any trace of food at all outside of your vehicle or outside of the locked metal food box if the park has one. Bears don't care whether its bungee corded and they really could care less that the food is under the picnic table and you are all the way over in…

I am not the one who suggested that but I might be able to give some enlightenment on why some people might like to have a trailer. We have 2 kids. We have always tent camped. Never had the money to have a tent trailer/motor home or anything else. We really really want a tent trailer at this stage in our lives because we…

All that means is that McDonald's is helping pay for things the US team needs. Nothing wrong with that. Subway is sponsoring the US team as well. Coke and McDonald's have put money towards the Olympics for as long as I can remember. The McD's commercials I have seen all had some regular person eating the food or drinking…

I can also tell you which state parks not to go to because the rangers/upkeep/maintenance/camping sites suck.

What part of Utah do you live in? I live in Utah and can give you any suggestions you need based on where you live or are willing to drive. We have done every Natl park out here except 1 and even one in Colorado near the Utah/Colorado border (awesome). We have also camped at or visited over half of the state parks out here…

Yeah he was dying or drunk for over half of Iron Man 2. Definitely hot in Avengers though, even mixed up with all the young guys playing the other heroes.
-
Holy cow!! I've never seen young pics of RDJ. He is hot for an older guy though. Hubby's always making fun of me for thinking so.
-
Wow, that's crazy. In contrast look at the woman who plays Kitty. She is an older lady and still looks great. Topher looks a lot more grown up too and Laura and Mila both still look great as well.

We aren't "married" but we have been together for over 12 years and have been doing it for 11. He waited a year but we were in High School, senior year. We were both virgins and have only been with each other ever. We do it at least twice a week normally more often. (When kids were more demanding it might have tapered down…

I use the coolrunning website for the interval schedule and I use my runkeeper app to create an exercise using those intervals. Runkeeper also maps your path, and breaks down your pace for each interval at the end. It plays whatever music is on my phone and just pauses the music for a second to tell me when to change…

How about my mom is overweight and she is almost 50 and she had a full physical at the Dr's and they told her all of her labs were perfect. She is active all day everyday working in management in a retail store and she doesn't eat junk. I still don't understand why she is overweight at all. How about I am overweight and…

This calculation gives me 269 calories which is higher then my HRM usually says. However, I have to modify a lot of the moves (bad knees etc) so that could play a factor in that.
-
I use a Polar FT4 HRM and mine usually ranges between 210-250 calories and I weighed about 247 then. 5'3" tall. That's on the lower range compared to my 1st 3 weeks of C25K so far where I burn between 260-310.

I think a lot of people just use it online because it is shorter to type out just like they use OH, DH, DW, SO, DD, DS etc. That's why I use it when I type forum posts because I don't like the 2 letter abbreviations most of the time. IRL we call each other hon. When I speak about him at work, or my kid's school, or to any…

Mapmyrun has a live tracker on it. They have to have the app as well and they have to be your friend on the app. Then as long as you turn live tracking on before your run they will be able to see where you are at. That doesn't really help them get to a spot before you get there though unless it is along a road way and they…

HRM's aren't really accurate for all day recording. Their accuracy for calorie burn is based on an equation using your heart rate and age and weight and if you aren't doing a cardio type activity that has your heart rate in the zone on your watch then it will be inaccurate. That is why people buy those fitbits and body…

I have a knee injury that was bad enough my first year in college that I had to leave the military program and scholarship that I was in. The only thing that really hurts my knees is jumping jacks but I modify them even though she says there is no modification for them. I have never had knee pain on the lunges and I am not…

Yes this exactly. When hubby was 21 his truck got repossessed and he had a couple credit cards and some medical bills that were on his credit report and he was suggested to file for bankruptcy. It went through and everything got cleared and its just the bankruptcy on his credit instead of the repo. In the long run it would…
