my hardest part in a binge is to not continue to binge, like once i binge through one meal, i'll continue until i'm physically sick, but hey one binge isn't going to hinder results in the long run and that is what i tell myself when i'm having a rough go of it!

i actually walked out of a zumba class because i was terrible, but that being said i was scared to death to do body pump alone, and when i finally did, i loved it and made a ton of gym buddies!

i'm nursing so i try to stick to around 1800 calories a day so i don't negatively effect my supply (if you're nursing), good luck mama i'm 8 mos pp and just got to my pre preg weight

i started with body pump, it's more cardio than lifting BUT it helped me a TON with form, that and it gave me a great jumping off point!

i read on one of my fb pages i follow that said if you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not really hungry..so i've been trying to go with that mindset. :)

I usually run a mile or two after lifting, just because I like to run.

benching, and rows...i think benching just because i'm embarassed by how little i can lift this way lol that and i constantly have to fight with boys that are texting at the benches instead of lifting!

there was a girl in the weight room last night with a trainer, they were in there for 2 seconds and she had her lifting like 5lb weights, then when i went back to the "cardio area" for my cool down they'd parked her on the eliptical.

I just feel like I'm terrible at SL and still so weak! I can add weight squatting with no problem (except last night apparently lol) but i just kind of suck at lifting weights! (but hey i'm out there doing it!)

Oh I did, as half the guys judging had wrong form too! lol That's what I was thinking, although the gym I went to was crazy I'm not sure any of their PT know what they're talking about! I'm so scared of barbell rows and dead lifts, ok and overhead too!

I'm starting 5x5 on tuesday, and i'm super nervous i'm going to have TERRIBLE form, I've done a lot of research and watched a bunch of videos about it...how did you all perfect your form? i'm just afraid i'll hurt my back! and do you all just do the 5 x 5 program or do you throw in a little cardio too?

Personally, if I see something I just cannot pass up, I have it..but like a bite of it..so I'm not eating a whole brownie..but mostly I just try and stay away...however, someone brought in baclava yesterday..and I tore up a piece of that! lol

I feel your pain! i'm 5'5" and like 110-113 lbs..which sounds small but i have too much belly fat! ( i have had two kids, so of course it will never be like it was before them) but i'm at a loss! i dont really want to lose more weight..but i want to tone up!

snacking, work is the worst! today we have divorce muffins, pumpkin choc chip...we literally eat over EVERYTHING! and this time of year is hard because patients bring cookies and candy for us too!
