i agree!!!! but just try to do them in sets of ten. do ten rest for 2 mins the 10 more until they are done i think thats how i am going to tackle those lol

About to start my 50 squat kicks but they WILL be done!! already had 128 oz of water & will be under my cals... Awww hun im so sorry... i would def not wear shorts, it always seems worse in shorts... Now maybe you could try some of those really tight bicycling shorts under ur capris or whatever...& i would def put some baby powder on there to help!!! :) Hope you feel better soon!!!

i agree i am a bit of a gym rat myself - i love it there!!! lots of awesome people to interact with & get great advice & help from... You can learn a lot by going in there....( Now everyone has a point you dont NEED the gym working out at home will do great if you can stay motivated. That has always been my problem i lose…
