my mom had the band and her band was soo tight she was becoming malnourished and couldn't keep anything down she said she felt like she was dying part of the reason why i opted for the sleeve hope this never happens to you

when i was a freshman in high school during football i could max rep about 500 lbs in the dead lift and i could parralel squat 375 but only bench like 150 haha can def tell i was a lineman

russel stover makes sugar free candies that taste great i think theres only like 160 calories in two pieces too i only have one piece every other night and it satisfies any cravings :)

i usually eat around 600-800 calories a day i do it because i had gastric sleeve surgery and can't eat anymore than that haha

can't have cottage cheese till my next stage and i have been eating greek yogurt also but can't have any with fruit soo its just plain vanilla kinda blahh

i wish i would have practiced eating slower and smaller bites also to chew way more than usual im almost 2 weeks post op and haven't had any troubles except the first time i had oatmeal i didn't make it soupy enough and it got stuck after about a half hour to an hour of pains it finally slipped through good luck
