How bad is your asthma and what medication do you take? I have mine pretty much under control. I have to take my Ventolin inhaler 15-30 mins before I do any exercise but it hasn't limited me much.

I think you should weigh your food. I don't mean to be rude but I find it bizarre when people say they can't eat, for example, 1600 calories when you must have eaten more than you needed in the past to gain all that unwanted weight??

I added it to my personal exercises and use a HRM to log calories burned.

I work out 5-6 days a week and eat whatever I want. I try to stick to my daily allowance but I'm not concerned if I go over - and the only thing I seem to be avoiding at the moment is alcohol, because I'd rather eat my calories!

I'm on week 3 as well. I'm approx 167lbs and 5'8 and eating 1800 cals; and while I don't know if I've put on/lost weight, I've lost 4.5 inches so far - 2.5 of which are from my stomach. I've been ignoring the scale and focusing on measurements. So... take measurements! I think that's where you'll see the difference!

My mum is Thai and she likes the petite look. I will never be petite. I'm 5'8. And I like a toned, fit body. So I've told her on many an occassion that I do not give two s**ts what she thinks! So do what you want and feel comfortable with!

I wash my hair every day, regardless of whether I work out or not. I have curly hair but I don't mind the frizz. I would feel so disgusting if I didn't wash it after exercise, I get so sweaty and my scalp gets so itchy. Ugh feel itchy thinking about it.

I use a heart rate monitor and added Insanity to my own exercises. Prior to that I just used the calisthenics option, not sure how accurate it was though.

I have my second fit test tomorrow. I'm determined to beat that cheating woman. I did quite well first time round but only because I'd already been working out... well done you though for jumping on in!

I can't wait for Month 2! At the mo my fave is the Plyo cardio but my favourite move is, the football thing? Is it an American football move? I do it all the time in the kitchen. It makes me laugh.
