I have done the entire 30 days and started again after a few months,i totally love Shred. The 25mins I can manage to squeeze in, in the morning before work and kids sch runs. Great results when combined with healthy eating, now am just doing only level 2 and 3 alternatively.

I tried them yes, just for a week and they made me all jittery and restless, ditched them starting eating right and working out loads, I only have like 10lbs to goal weight.

Having pre-packaged carrots handy and sugarless gum on the ready helps me a lot . This may be bad , but some diet cola also helps time to time .
