When you do your fast do you make up for your calories in another day or just not worry about them? I've never done this before and an all day fast seems better for, just trying to gain information to make sure I do things right!

I started p90x today! I started with core synergistic, I think is what it was called? During the workout it was hard and i was thinking, I am totally going to be sore tomorrow, but now I feel normal! I did the workout around 2ish and it is now 10:30. I am still wondering of I did it wrong, haha!

I have a breakfast somewhat similar to that! Rye bread Peanut butter & co. Dark chocolate dreams (AMAZING) Sliced banana Around the same amount of calories too!

Way to go! I am chocolate free too! Execpt for my chocolate peanut butter! (I am not really considering it "chocolate" since it is healthy) I am just mainly focusing on cutting out the brownies, cookies, and candies that are chocolate! Good luck!

Haha I am still losing, I have about 20-30 more pounds to go! I am at 161ish right now! I know a lot of people like big boobs, but they are just annoying to me! I don't want tiny ones though, just some that fit in a bikini top better! Ex: I had to buy a xl top and medium bottom in my swimsuit!

I'm kind of the same! Mine haven't got bigger but they also havent got any smaller! I'm a 36 dd, before weight loss and also right now! I really would love for the to shrink a bit!
