Yes and I love love love it. My weight from the Aria is reflected on MFP. I love that feature; it shows up pretty much immediately. The set up was difficult; I think the instructions were not specific enough. I couldn't use the wifi at my house so I ended up doing it through my S3. It still took me a while to figure it…

Does Fitbit integrate with MFP? Someone at work is selling one...

So, so true. Keep up the good work. Run as fast as you can from that quack. Is he or she running a bariatric clinic ... then consider it an over sales pitch! Perhaps he has connections with a bariatric team. Either way...he doesn't have your best interest at heart; bariatric surgery, including lap bands are for people who…

Had to change because other pics went up in the meantime.

good thread. BUMP

**Bump** I so need this push, too!

Now that's the truth.

The first one.

At work. At my desk. Dressed for my job here at a Fortune 300 company. BAREFOOT(ha ha) and ankles crossed. I guess I would rather be at the beach. Love this thread!

Love PB2. Good stuff!

This quote made me chuckle. But really, I kind of know where this poster is going. I have had this thought, too, but mostly because leg gap often is linked to your thighs NOT rubbing together anymore. And if you are built with rubbing thighs (like me)...that's the part that is really troublesome because it can lead to…

You look great! Do you know what your haircolor is...or is it custom? Love it!

WOW! I am so proud of you! (How is that possible when I don't even know you?...I guess it's because I know your struggle and I recognize those former chins from my own face). Keep up the good work; you look amazing. I am looking forward to the 1/2 way mark...I am 1/3 of the way at this point.

Not to worry. We all asked. NSV = Non Scale Victory.

Repeat after me..."I weigh the same as I did before I got on this scale". You have lost the same amount of weight. Perhaps now you are hopefully seeing it on an accurate device/or maybe it's even defective. Hey...you may have been bummed out from the beginning...because when you started you were 6 pounds heavier than you…

This was a really good link . Check it out! http://www.lifescript.com/Body/Shape/Workout/Make_a_Splash_8_Pool_Exercises_to_Burn_Fat_Fast.aspx

Bump, bump, bump it up! :) thanks

You are seriously not eating enough. At your age your metabolism is much faster AND you are exercising. If you want an accurate gauge...a medical professional can let you know what your BMR (basal metabolism rate) is and you can work from that. At this point you need NO LESS than 1200 calories including any extra you…

That is the exact philosophy I have. It reminds me of sodium, the need to drink plenty of water, the need to get regular exercise, and that I am in this for the long haul. It's just a reminder I need to remain focused. I really don't get upset anymore. My bigger fear would be getting on the scale once a week and that would…

An ounce or two of a great <real> cheese (I like pretty much anything from Italy), with some fruit like strawberries or grapes. Yum! Sometimes I will boil an egg. And like everyone has shared...nuts and nut butters! All great options.

If you have been exercising, you should be 'earning' extra calories. It is important to eat your exercise calories back; at least some of them; I would say as a rule of thumb - at least half. I find that protein rich foods are pretty filling - nuts, greek yogurt (Athenos and I think Dannon, have a 100 calorie package),…

Skip the croutons on the salad Order the light dressing. (It comes in a bottle and is always served on the side; don't trust it if they put it on it - it's probably full fat) Order the breadsticks without seasoning (garlic, butter, salt) Order a lunch portion The Seafood Brodetta (see mariapuhl's comment) is really good,…

Woo Hoo! that's what I'm talking about! Keep up the great work!

Definitely definitely see a doctor. HOWEVER, don't panic because it is probably related to a fissure (small tear) or hemorroids because it sounds like you are constipated and because the blood is bright red - which typically means it is something external and not internal - (internal problems usually result in a dark or…

I hate to fall into stereotypes...but here it goes! I am a black girl and I have rhythm. Well... that was what I thought until I went to a Zumba class and all of the white people were moving like I only wish I could! lol I had never quite been on that side of the table in my 53 years. So I went and got the Kinect version…

I tried them and said out loud, "Skinny Cow, you have done it again!". I loved the Dreamy Clusters. I bought some flavor that is a bar, too. I will indulge very sparingly. Had both for about a week and only had one pouch so far. Like someone said; great for the movies. I'm a muncher; and really ... as much as I am…

I am literally laughing out loud. Is that a tear falling? I even clapped my hands in glee (yes, at my desk...at work)! I think I own your closet! I have recently had the same experience. I had been carrying the extra weight for so long most of my clothes were fat clothes. US - size 16 and 14W. And they were tight. Because…

Okay...everybody else was a nerd. I didn't even get NKOTB...that's why I clicked. I was like I now know what a NSV is, what the heck is a NKOTB? lol Funny. Anyway, welcome, new kid on the block! You will enjoy MFP. I did Weight Watchers too. It's a great program. But it changes so much and I can't do another meeting. I…

A pound is 3500 calories. So, no harm, no foul; You are in great shape. Make sure you continue on the road. Don't look back. Look forward. Drink plenty of water to flush the sodium. The worse thing, from my experience, is to beat yourself up over it. It is counter-productive. Kudos on your journey so far.
