you are not allowed to eat what ever you want, (sorry) but portion does make a difference! to boost your weight loss try what i do, if you know what junk you want to eat, plan it in your daily calories. if you work out extra you will have a few extra calories for it. its do able like I was telling you i was 266 April of this year, I'm 170 well between 168-170 it can be done. strive for 1-1.5 lbs a week also as you lose weight your food calories decrease so you may want to re vamp your diet and excercise. I wish you all the best!

I gulp 10-12 oz of water when i am craving foods. its ok to have sweets not all the time how ever. I plan them in my daily calorie intake! so that way ther is no "over consumption". Maybe this will work. Good luck!

You can do it love! If you are open to advice i have some, try the elliptical, its easy on the knees and try swimming. when you are ready then try zumba! the weight will fall off!
