Any good chicken fettucini recipes that wont break the scale

I posted this recipe a while back for a cream sauce that is really good. You could use this as a base then add the chicken..etc.
I adjust this recipe depending on what I am cooking. You can add more cheese for a bit more flavor. Or add mushrooms, onions, etc.

Try the Campbell's website. I used to make a good one with heir healthy request cream of mushroom. I liked the cream of shrimp for seafood Alfredo.0

wheat noodles, with light parmasean cheese, low fat butterm skim milk and las but not least (canned cream of mschroom soup)!!!!! super cheap easy to make and you can be happy knowing you have cut the calories in half! also taste yummy0

I love skinnytaste but found hers blech.
I have been thinking about making a creamy sauce using ricotta as a base since ricotta has a decent protein content. Will play with it and post if I get good results.0
