I suppose it was the "You're joking, right?!" and the "That's just kind of obvious. -.-" Words like this can give people the wrong idea...as I said, perhaps being a little more considerate in responses would help to get your point across in a more uplifting, supportive matter...instead of condescending. You can disagree…

I don't know if you've had children but I know women who exercise and eat healthy and still have a flabby stomach, due to pregnancy. Extra food and sitting on the couch aren't the only things that cause it...neither are certain medications...so it's not obvious. Perhaps you should be a little more considerate in your…

Is this difficult or no challange at all? I have this dvd and I am debating on starting it next week, to compliment my Curves Circuit I do 4 times a week...

BE PREPARED FOR A PG-13 RESPONSE: So here's my question...what about SEX?! Just wondering because I know that it can certainly be a workout yet I haven't found it in the exercise database (or any other foreplay, frisky business). It's also not something I do in my daily routine...probably TMI but, yes, a few times a week,…

So is there something more natural (and cheaper) you would suggest? I could definitely use the energy (I have a 2 year old to keep up with and a very boring, tiring desk job)...

Thank you, I have actually posted more of a "bump" with an explanation that I am interested more in CTS360 than Shakeology..

So trying this again...mostly, I'm interested if anyone has tried CTS360. I'm not going to do Shakeology. When I say I would like a "jumpstart" I'm refering to the fact that it would help me tremendously to get the initial first 5-10 pounds off. I have been logging my food and exercise every day this week and plan on…

I'm smack dab in the middle at 5'1 ½...SW 177 last Tuesday, today's weigh in was 175. My goal is to get down to 150 by my September wedding. Idealing I would like to be down to about 130-135 but knowing what I looked like at 150, I'll definitely settle for now. I have a short term goal of losing 12lbs by 2/18, my dress…

So I ended up getting Chicken Fajitas, ate two tortillas, chicken, and some of the veggies (not a fan of big chunks) but I also loaded it up with salsa. I wanted to have some chips so I limited myself and didn't use cheese or sour cream. Now just have to figure out how to log it!

From my understanding, you Zumba dance for a bit then on cue you move to a machine for one minute, then dance, then move to the next machine and so on...so it's like the best of both worlds I suppose.

I have an opportunity to get a great deal on both mentioned, that's why I asked. It is a given that diet and exercise are the only healthy ways to lose weight. I am doing both of those two...obviously or I wouldn't be on here tracking my calories. I know the initial success of all methods will give me the encouragement and…
