WW "Punch" Workout
Any idea how to log the "Punch" workout from Weight Watchers, with the pink 2lb gloves?? Or calories burned? I'm currently logging it as kickboxing but I'm not sure it actually qualifies as such. Any suggestions would be great...thanks!

Too much protein?
Is it possible to get too much protein and what exactly are the consequences? The only meat I really eat is chicken and it's typically packed with protein. I am constantly going over my daily goal for protein and I'm trying to decide what I should do to change this...or if I even need to?! Thanks :)

Burning Calories with Curves Zumba
Can someone tell me approximately how many calories are burned doing the Curves Zumba Circuit? Or perhaps someone can suggest a way to figure it out?
