How Healthy is This...?

I made some homemade baked chicken tenders earlier and had some left over plain, raw chicken so I put threw in the crockpot with some chicken broth, splash of soy sauce, Italian seasoning and carrots. I'd say about 2oz of chicken breast tenders and 2 cups of broth (give or take) and I'm just trying to decide if this is actually healthy, lol. After it had been in there awhile I took my kitchen shears to the meat and carrots and chopped them up so now it's almost like a soup...should I just eat it that way?!
I do realize I will have to drink a ton of water due to sodium overload.
