Month 2 Week 1 Day 2 Max power IM30 done. Not burning a lot of calories but boy am I burnt out after.

I like the morning (5 am) because no matter what else happens during the day, my workout is finished. Plus I do go to Zumba 2 nights a week. Whatever time you actually DO the workout is the best time for you.

I changed my battery in the strap and voila- fixed. Also, try moving the strap so that the chest monitor is slightly to the left. I get a better signal when it is not right in the middle of the chest. Plus, washing it in the washing mashine with NO FABRIC SOFTENER every few day help too. Good Luck!

This is untrue. Kettlebells use stability muscles not targeted by normal weight training. It burns fat faster, increases cardio vascular health, and builds muscle. Kettlebells is one of the most effective workouts there is that has been around for centuries.

I also have been using it as a weekly "bank" of calories, however, I just wanted to make sure. I kinda panic when the number turns red even if it was green by 300 the day before. :0):glasses:

I am with ya sister. I got to goal weight in April. Gained 15 lbs since then. I was not recording my food. Biggest mistake. Back to what I know works. I will help you stay motivated. There are results and there are excuses, you cannot have both!!! Make life happen.

I loved Turbo Fire. Most fun I ever had working out. I am currently doing T25 with a 25 minute lifting program that I came up with but if you have 35 extra minutes, do it with CLX. I am loving the results from T25. You have to push yourself but it is only 25 minutes. No cool down, no warm up. Really not much different than…

, I am just saying I IF and have found more muscle definition but maybe due to the lowering of fat, feel better, and have more energy than ever. I only eat from 3pm-8pm everyday and I workout at 4:30am.

If you don't eat right after you lift, your muscle will atrophy. You must eat breakfast or your muscles will use themselves for fuel If you don't eat 6 meals a day, your muscles will shrink and use themselves for fuel

I made up an exercise routine this morning which was quick and enjoyable. It is circuit training and hits all or most areas. I gave up chocolate 6 weeks ago for Lent. So YES I am going to eat so much chocolate that it's going to come out of my pores. Plus I will be on Holiday AND I am 3 lbs under goal weight for a cushion.
