I am lazy

So as you read, I am lazy. Beyond lazy in fact and this post will prove it.
As I am a first class noob when it comes to exercising I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me make an exercise regime. So far the only exercising I do is walking and I recently started the squat challenge but I’d like to tone my entire body up. Legs, arms, back (definitely) and of course my stomach.

I have literally no idea where to begin so any help would be fantastic.

Finally someone else on this website who doesn't like exercise, thought I was alone!
Well I'm glad you found something, the only thing I've ever enjoyed was zumba but that's no good for toning...

I made up an exercise routine this morning which was quick and enjoyable. It is circuit training and hits all or most areas. You can substitute or swap out any exercises you don't like.

45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest (do 5X or work up to 5X) It really gave me a good workout.

    warm up 3 minutes.
    pushups
suicides (run and touch a point, run back-touch, etc...)
    pull-ups
    high knees run
    squats (weighted or unweighted)
    burpees
    bicep curls
    switch kicks
    planks (low or high)
    mountain climbers
    cool down 3 minutes

This equals to about an hour but went it went quickly because you don't do anything for very long. I downloaded a HIIT app for my phone to keep track of time. It really was a great workout.

I, too, HATE exercise!!! I have tried it all. Have been paying for a gym membership that I never use because I am going to do it "one day". Trolling around the internet, I cam across Shaun T's Rockin Body. Ordered it for $19.99 and......LOVE IT!!! To me it is more like dancing with a few friends! There is some good old school music and you can just dance. If you get lost on the moves, it doesn't matter because you are still dancing! Just freestyle until you pick it back up. The moves are not soo intricate that you can't pick them up. Before I knew it, my daughters(18 and 8) had joined in and we were having a party!!
