Are you using heavy weights with Jillian Michaels? I dont use the 1-3 pound weights, I use more of the 5- 10 pound weights and I am especially worn out after her routine.. I think with your current routine you are doing too much.

Hey Everyone.. Time for my introduction. My name is Se'ymone. I am a wife and mother. I have two kids, a boy and girl 7 and 4. Prior to coming to MFP, I lost 32 punds on my own. I am in... I would say an eight week challenge. I would like to weigh in on Sunday or Monday, preferably Monday. Mini challenges is a great idea. Let see.. My current weight is 151. My goal weight is 140 - 142. I am currentley doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Slimdown.

I am doing 30DS also and I am sore but it is my upper body.. So I am working through it, so instead of using 8 pound weights I am using 5 pounds for some exercises.. I would say work through it, unless it is painful...
