i actually find apples great for hunger0

I'm a protein girl. Bananas in theory work but for some of us we have to have protein or we end up feeling hungrier after the banana that before we ate it! People swear by apples too but unless I pair them with nut butter or cheese they do nothing for me.
This morning my breakfast was 1/2 a frozen banana, one scoop of protein powder (18g protein) and 8 ounces of coconut milk (unsweetened) all blended up in my blender. Yummy and satisfying!0 -

I can see that, Dave. I've tried the egg white thing and it's just not something I can commit to, lol. I love my yolk, lol. It's good if you can do it though.0 -
I think sometimes it's mental, too.
For example, nuts or bananas or PB or whatever are going to quell the physical aspect, but for me, I need a crunch or I'm just not satisfied. (I usually go with almonds/peanuts/raw veggies.)0 -
Apple + Diet Coke are #1 for me... bananas are my second-best snack0

Banana smoothie with probiotic yoghurt, milk & peanut butter for me. A bit high on the sugars side but plenty of protein so keeps me going )0

Chrissy, I love the yolk as well but when my C was off the charts I had to start watching it. And HB eggs are so convenient too and it just not the same to chuck out the yolk and eat the white only..lol0 -
