    Im cynthia, im 20 years old. I started the weight loss process 2 months ago and my starting weight was 214lbs, yikes. Ive been working hard though and now am down to 195, I weigh in every monday, and here are my goals.

    SW-195

    Try for 10lbs a month so in 8 weeks i wanna be 175 but my ultimate goal is 150-155 by my 21st bday, july 24th :)

    And everyone feel free to friend request me, im kinda new to this and could always use the motivation :)

    WLD- Does anyone have suggestions for a challenge to do this week starting our next weigh-in on wednesday? Water intake, calories burned, a certain exercise you enjoy & want everyone to do for a week ect. We will choose one a week!

    I hope we all feel good about last week! I have started running again in hopes to break thru this darn 150 barrier I seem to have. No luck yet, but I'm watching that scale every morning!

    Posting this here as a reminder!!

    Our challenge this week:
    WLD Challenge- This week we are going to try for 8 to 10 glasses of water each day unless you already drink more than that :) Then try to 1 to 2 glasses more than normal.

    So that 3 lb weight loss def not happening this week :( Its my TOM so i am blaming it on that & i changed up my exercise so that may be it too

    it's amazing how fast the weeks go by. i don't think i lost this week, hoping maybe a pound, i'll be happy with any loss! i increased water, hope it helps!

    I'm happy to report i am 176 lbs today.

    Last week I only worked out 2 days but because I was planning an event for Friday I was running around the office like a headless chicken all week, up and down the stairs so I guess it was worth it, cause I finally bust my plateau. As for the challenge I did stick with it for most days except for Friday... Hope everyone else is doing well.

    I lost 2.7 this week. I'm happy even though I gained 2.6 of them last week. EVEN WITH TOM, I lost! Yay! 249.5

    I'm good I only gained 2 pounds during TOM hopefully by Wednesday weigh in I would have lost some of it....Didnt do very well food wise last week between a bridal shower, wedding and work events...:blushing:

    3 weeks and 1 day left! I hope you are all keeping up with healthy choices and hearty activities!

    Maybe some kind of exercise challenge next week? 30 mins for 4 days? is that too much, too little? how do you all feel about it?

    I am 177 today....finally losing the TOM bloat hopefully by weekend I will be back to 176 or less
    I started 30 Day Shred on Monday but missed yesterday .....have to get back on track tonight

    I'm 184.4....I hit my first mini goal...the weight I was when my hubby first laid eyes on me, and later told me what he thought :love:

    At 195, which is what I was @ last week....I had actually gone up about 1 or 2 pounds since then, mainly because of the holiday weekend....finally back down to 195, and I'm staying down!!!!!

    Still stuck at 177.....I am not back at my pre-TOM weight as yet...hopefully next weigh in will be better
