    15 lbs in 18 weeks..I just got in to a size 16 from 22 last May...I'd be super happy to be in a 12 or even 14 this summer...and a 10 by Christmas :O)

    LOL sorry 15 lbs in 8 weeks..not 18...I ULTIMATE end goal would be around 150....last time I weighed 133 (lowest ever) I looked like ET...that's too thin for my frame.

    I just wanted to put this out there: Anyone who is around 7 days prior to thier period (projected) will probably have around 3 lbs of water weight..we should take this into consideration...just sayin :) It always pisses me off on shows like Dance your *kitten* off (ps love that show) and biggest loser that the females totally unfair sentence by mother nature adds extra weight no matta what.. .

    HELLS to the YES!! I'm really excited...my friend may be joining us too...she's one of my work out partners...I'm really excited!!

    SO should we say any lady who is in that auto-weight gain time frame from their period gets to deduct like 2-3 lbs for water weight?

    8 weeks would be awesome, that puts the end date at May 11 (just returning from my vacation!! )
    I don't mind what day we weigh in, I check my weight daily and can update at any time.
    I love the idea of mini goals, and would LOVE a goal a day, but maybe a goal for every couple days would be better? Some folks are too busy to check in each day, I understand.

    My name is Sarah! I'm 25 and from northeast Ohio. I have lived in southern Arizona for a few years now. I work full time as an assistant manager of a Circle K (gas station) and attend community college full time as well! Studying to become a Speech Language Pathologist (Speech therapist :smile:) I'm 5'3" and currently 151.8 lbs. My goal weight right now is 135. My goal for this challenge is to lose 0.5 lbs a week consistently, or to put it simpler, to be at 146.8 lbs on May 11. :happy:
