  • The cardio is not pointless for you. Keep it up. As long as you are stretching then why not add to your caloric deficit?
  • Well I've been following most of that but the big one that I wasn't following, and will start following is eating enough. I was at 2300 calories for the last 90 days. Now im going for 3100 and seeing how that fits.
  • I am a big fan on the Dannon Light & Fit at 80 calories & 12 grams. I get them at target because they have the big serving size versus Walmart which has the little ones.
  • Your body needs carbs... but its very easy to blow that number out of the water. As soon as you have juice or something. If you are going to lower your carb intake(low carb dieting) then increase your protein intake. You'll help your muscles and teach your body not to latch on to carbs
  • In the emphasis of saving time and accomplishing both.. why not try to find or build a workout routine that has you doing both? As someone who will do up to 3 different workouts depending on the day,(weight lifting... Insanity Asylum... running) its nice when you can save a little time.

  • Hi Bianca, My name is Michael and I am also from San Diego. Do you stay physically active? 1300 seems a bit low. You should want to rev your metabolism by eating more frequently to teach your body not to save anything.
