I've only been running at the gym, I'd love to get outdoors to see if it's really better. I'm in Southern California so the weather never really gets that cold, I think it might be nice. I'm just afraid I'd get bored. Right now I need that TV right in front of me with Charmed, Friends, or Grey's on.

I bring a pan full of water to a boil, put in my eggs, cook for 11 minutes and immediately put into cold water with ice. Perfect every time and peel so easily!

I actually just did this a couple days ago so it's funny you asked. I was mixing up my shake and only had my protein powder, chia seeds, and 2 cups of spinach in it. I make a joke of "this won't taste very good" as I was about to add the fruit and my boss stopped me and said "well lets try it!" It tasted like a vanilla…

1 cup Spinach 1 cup Kale 2 scoops protein powder 5 frozen strawberries 1 frozen banana 1/4 cup frozen blueberries water 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds Soooo yummy! I have this daily. :)

There needs to be a sign on the front door. I'm part of the 4am club and there are some guys that have actually made my eyes water. Plus it gives me a massive headache for the day.

I use the MRM All Natural 100% Whey Rich Vanilla. It's very low in sugar and fat and tastes delicious. You can buy it online, at a health food store (Sprouts is where I bought mine), or I just saw it at Ralphs this weekend on sale. I make it with Silk Light Soy Milk, frozen strawberries and half a banana.

I just bought a Polar F7 and I love it. It's a watch and has a chest strap. It isn't uncomfortable at all and I totally forgot I had it on. The watch was more annoying to me!

I came across a Crossfit competition on TV last month and my husband and I were in awe of the athletes! They were amazing and we watched it all day long!

Thanks for all the tips! I will be starting this program tomorrow and I'm super excited and really nervous. I have horrible knees (1 surgery), bad ankles, and plantars' fasciiatis in my left foot so wish me luck! I know my lower extremities will feel better with less weight on them, so I pray I can run through the pain.
