Tried it once. It was expensive and I only lost 6lbs. Made my breath stink too!

Me. It took weeks before I lost 3 pounds. I completed a full 90 days of P90x and lost 5lbs! That's all!! 5 measly lbs. So I regrouped and changed my perspective. I have lost 4 additional pounds just when I changed the workouts. So you gotta try different things and find what works for you.

Thanks. I got my Zumba DVDs 2nd hand with no sticks. I tried to use 5lb weights and was dying. I knew that couldn't be right.

My 6th fiancée (I've had 8, including my 2 husbands) gave me an engagement ring he gave to another woman. He forgot he showed me this ring on our 1st date. I kept it, but made him get me another (which I also kept). I needed to come off the market. NEVER GIVE BACK THE RINGS!!!!!

All of the weight workouts are followed by 16 minutes of ab ripper X so they are all over an hour. Sometimes up tot an hour and a half.

I am a faster. I normally fast 1 day a week and then an additional 3 weeks a year. I feel great when I do this and very energized and clear headed. I do it for other reasons than weight loss. I am NOT worried.

Eggplant or any gourd. Also watermelon and any melon. I'm a vegetarian and folks tell me I'm supposed to love them..... But I don't. And I'm Black and apparently to fit comfortably into the stereotype, I'm supposed to love watermelon I can't stand the smell!

I have one too. Up until recently the best workout I got from it was putting it together and dragging it up stairs. I'm doing P90x and I'm using it to do pull ups. I really like it for that.
