How much do those toning sticks weigh?

    On their website, I believe I saw some at 1 pound each, and a pair for 2 pounds..

    If you get the ones that come in a kit, 1lb.....If you buy the purple ones off the site, 2.5lbs (I bought them from my zumba instructor) much tougher workout with bigger ones! :)

    I got my Zumba DVDs 2nd hand with no sticks. I tried to use 5lb weights and was dying. I knew that couldn't be right.
