Small conscious effort to change habits is where I would start. Do count calories so you know where you stand, but if you want a snack consciously eat a veggie, or fruit rather than a candy bar, or pop. Drink water instead of soda. Our town doesn't do the street walking trick or treating much any more, so we have all sorts o places you can go to get candy, drive thru's or church parking lots. I say don't worry about it. Leave lights off, and if you get a knock, just politely say your out. No worries.

I have been known to do this, and I find its more out of boredom (for myself anyway) that being actually hungry. We eat dinner at 5:30-6 just because that's when works best, but after that the snacking is unreal. SO I got a hobby, I crochet. I also get a work out in after supper, so that takes up my free time. Usually. :)…

I was curious about this also. I looked into an Omni pump and they send out a dummy pump, for you to wear (non functioning) to see if its something that would work. As for others, I think it would just be a case of setting it to where you can get it to your input place (sorry not sure the correct lingo) and go from there.…
