Make sure that you have negative calories enabled in your settings ... Depending on how active you have been throughout the day you may not have enough to "Earn" an exercise adjustment yet so its showing at 0.

Just to clarify I am not worried about the scale or the numbers not dropping since I know I am under my caloric intake goals, I am doing the right things with regards to hydration and exercise ... I was just curious how long to expect the impact from the new regime to last ... I am not tied to a number on the scale altho…

I bought mine Charge HR from the Sports Authority 2 days ago. They had plenty of the S and L in stock but no XL. I believe (Sadly for you) that size is a special order from Fitbit i.e. its not going to be stocked in store.

Thank you all for your explanations and reference readings. I have a fairly good hold conceptually on my diet and eating at a deficit but I want to make sure that I take full advantage of lifting, weights and cardio.
