I have made them several times. I use them when my fat macro is low or when I need something sweet. Depending on how you make them they taste like cheescake. I used Linda's Low Carb clouds recipe, she also has tons of other recipes for low carbers on her site. I add flavorings sometimes, sometimes not.

Just a suggestion...you may want to add the info on your profile. I didn't fill mine out at first and I had no posts. Once I filled it out people became more responsive. I think it's a peek into your personality and the people that would mesh well would be more open to a FR.

I find that I can't jump back and forth between keto and not keto. I have to stay keto to continue to lose weight and inches. Ok, my diary is opened sorry about that. The last few days have been horrible. I kinda gave up. I'm guessing now that BMR has no place in the keto world? I stalled before and learned about it and when I upped my calories I started loosing again. Total confusion!

My husband asks me every morning "What whacky stuff did you dream about last night?" My dreams aren't about food at all. They are grotesque and beyond weird. I sleep pretty good until I wake up with my hear pounding in my chest!

I agree with Brian. You may want to lose weight fast but if you want to keep if off forever you are just hurting yourself in the long run. I eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day but I don't eat back my workout calories. As you lose weight your caloric intake will need to adjust to your new body and workout habits. I started…
